I did a hydraulic oil and filter change, just part of the 300-hour maintenance, and now the arms and 3-point hitch won't raise. We blew air into the oil reservoir and bled the lines, but the arms still don't raise; I'm unsure if the pump is working. I'm new to working on tractors, so don't rule...
