cub cadet 1720

I've owned this mower since new. I always engaged the PTO at low engine speed and then ran to full power. Yesterday it would not engage as usual. When I increased the engine speed to full power it did engage. Any information on what I should check or what is wearing out or needs replaced? Should...

1720 CADET stops running after getting warmed up,checked fuel filter and replace ignition module.

I'am hoping some one can help me out with yr. of 1720 and quality of this machine.The 1720 looks to be well maintaned and in good working order.I belive I can purchase it at $500.00 also will Cub Cadet 40" snow blower Model #350 mount on this I have it on a CC1020 now. THANX

I need a sleeve hitch for my CC1720 and want to know if any one has installed one of these and where they got it. I know that TSC carries one, and Lowe's carries one too, but I have to order it and can't tell if it will mount to a 1720 before buying it.

the gas tank is under trhe seat and the mower has a kohler 17 hp engine, seller told me it was 8 years old. Dealer says at least 14 who's right?
