cub cadet 2130

I have a cub cadet tractor 2130 which will not start. It will turn over but not start up. I have changed the air and gas filters and replaced the spark plug and still no luck. Is there a fuel pump on the tractor? I will go and see if any mice are building nests but it was working fine 2 weeks...

We just got a 2130 and i wanted to know if anybody knew how to disable the safety switch that lets you mow while in reverse. I don't want to have to turn the pto on and off every time i back up. Any help would be appreciated.
