I have a ih cub cadet 982 that I need to adjust the hydrostatic transmission, it keeps creeping in neutral.

I have a 982 and am not sure what to do with it. It has a 60" belly mower, everything works on it (except it needs a new belt). It is in good shape, but you can tell it has the original paint (it is dull and worn in spots). I don't need it anymore. Question-Should I sell it as is or restore...
