When did they quit making this model? I bought one used that is supposedly a 2008. How can I find out? Also, the two screws that hold one side of the engine cowl are missing. Has anyone had issues with those screws working loose/falling out?

When I engage the blades on my 1046 there is a whining sound almost like a bearing is bad. This just started and I only have a bout 75 hours on it. I greased the hubs and there was no difference. Any thoughts?
