Just got a Gravely 16-G. What should I do before running it? Change engine & transmission oil? What are the capacities? Any special procedure on the transmission?

Me and my father in law can't seem to get the pto to turn off, the lever will go all the way forward to the "on" position but doesn't seem to be comming all the way back to the "off" position. any ideas??? Thanks, Greg
