I Pulled the rockshaft cover on my John Deere 1140 a little while ago and ever since, the rockshaft arms won't lower. They have lowered when the tractor was parked over the weekend but as soon as I start it up, they raise and won't lower again. I have tried adjusting the rate of fall lever...
