john deere 135

I have a 135 LA mower that will not start, I have replaced the starter, solenoid and key switch, I can get it to start by jumping the solenoid. I assume it is something to do with the brake, seat or PTO switch. The tractor has the brake engaged and PTO off. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a John Deere 135 Blade that I would like to sell locally on Craigslist. Any idea's what it is worth. The blade has been used very little with no damage, but it does have surface rust.
