kubota rtv1140cpx

I just purchased this unit through an auction site. Engine runs good, it's pretty clean but it seems the axles, brakes or something is seizing up on it. Seems to be mostly in the rear. It takes a lot of throttle to make it go in forward or reverse. Any ideas?

Signed on the line or two for a Kubota RTV 1140CPX today. Price, financing, reputation and 12th Kubota purchase from Barlows in seven years made this the one. Also have twin almost 6 year old Grands so need the double seating...
