kubota zg227

I have aZG227 and have an oil leak at head gasket.Does anyone know what the head bolts get torque to and valve lash is ?

I've got a ZG227 mower. While under warranty, I had intermittent problems with starting and while holding the brake pedal or having the brake pedal locked while starting. They said they were not sure what the problem was, but thought they got it fixed. That was during mulching season here...

Is it the norm for the steering on this zero turn to be hard to push forward and pull back? Also the mowing deck will not go up unless the temp on the oil is low. Its been like this from day one and all I get from the dealer they can't find anything wrong. Can anyone advise me this matter?

I did my first blade change on my ZG227 and had no problem getting them off, but when I tried tightening the replacements I had no easy way to stop the spindle from turning. When I hand spun the bolts they would stop about a 1/4 inch from the blade and I then needed to use a wrench to take them...

Bought a newZG227 54"cut yesterday,it will be deleivered on wed. Now I have to find more room in garage or build on.

I am looking for feedback on both of these mowers. I am in need of a zero turn mower as I have almost 4 acres of finish mowing at my house and my little 40" cut riding lawn mower and the 6hrs it takes to cut just isn't working for me. I'm looking at 60" cutting decks for the zero turn as well...
