mulcher head

We acquired this mulcher used with about 350 hours on it. Does anyone know if the teeth can be sharpened, or do they need to be replaced? If so, do we do them in phases or all at once? It looks like two large Allen Bolts hold them on, and I think there are 30 total. Thanks in advance....new to...
