new holland tc24

So I went to change the starter on my TC24 and I couldn't find feel the second bolt (blind side). Using a mirror there is no nut - is this a threaded hex bolt? Or a stud I should be able to slide the starter off with? Every diagram I see shows two bolts that come out.

What\'s comparable to a New Holland TC24? I am currently thinking of purchasing a TC24D Hydro, FEL, BH. At the website it looks like the 1225/1230 would be closest match. A friend stopped by the dealer, but they had no Hyrdo's out. Any idea what pricing for one of these are? Thanks Dave
