yanmar f17d

I feel like an absolute fool but I cannot find the drain plug for my hydraulic fluid on my Yanmar F17D. I have changed the filter but cannot find the drain plug for the whole system. As an aside, I do have a Bulldog front loader on the machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Does anybody know if there is a North American equivalent for the thermostat used in a Yanmar F17D? Maybe a NAPA parts number or something? I suspect mine is either stuck open or missing as the gauge does not rise ( it works) and the water from the thermostat cover to the radiator gets hot...
