01 NH TL 80 3 pnt lift problem

I have a 2001 NH TL 80 an the only way I can get lift arms to go up is to bump remote lever on an off about ua 100 times......? Hydraulic pressure at remotes is 2700 psi. Any help wld much appreciated!!! THANKS

Kinda weird grammar you got going on there. What’s the history of maintenance on this machine, especially pertaining to the hydraulic system?
