Update=Sucess!
I finally got around to working on this... and fuel line was indeed the cause. It looks like it was just replaced, but the preformed line was installed wrong... where it came out of the tank it pointed away from the carb instead of towards it. Therefore it was kinked. ( I always thought it was wierd the way it lay in the tank.)
Score another one for the TBN diagnostic team. :thumbsup:
