After reading about all the issues with the bobcat mulcher heads and I don't see buying a brand new $100k machine to start off as a smart business decision.
I've been looking at used machines and found what I think is a good deal on a low hour
RC100.

2004 ASV RC100
600hrs on machine
Less than 100hrs on FAE head
Forestry package
Used only on a personal farm

Seller is asking $55k obo

There really is nothing wrong with the Bobcat head. It is just a re branded Fecon but the bolt pattern on the holders forcing you to buy over priced teeth from Bobcat. You probably should start reading through here on all the ASV horror stories it will probably steer you in another direction. The price of bobcat teeth would be much better to Deal with than $6k plus undercarriage overhauls and constant down time due to the asv's horrible reliability.

That looks like a tidy jigger, hasn't done much mulching by the look of the track gear. If you do buy it put a cover on the quick connects, branches can uncouple them particulay the case drain which then blows the shaft seal out of the hyd motor.

Man you're all over the place. I'm not an ASV fan, nor a 10 year old machine for mulching.

I started my CTL experience with a bucket and root grapple last June. I traded it in this April and bought another new ctl (SVL 90-2). In August I bought a Ground Shark to go with the Rock Hound I bought back in Feb. if the market/need develops, then I'll buy a mulcher. I plan on buying a bunching shear as soon as the job comes along. Piling and burning is cheaper than mulching.

If you have cold hard cash, I would suggest a used machine, maybe not that one. Asv/terex does not have a great rep as far as durability. I own one so I'm not talking out my rear. If your gonna finance, new is they way to go because they are offering 0% or maybe 3.5 at highest. No way your gonna get a used equipment loan for that plus terms will be shorter. What that means is your used machine payment may be 100-200 different from a brand new one with warranty. Just something to think about. Good luck
