We poured the 30 X 40 saturday. I have a guy who does sidewalks for a living do the pour with two other guys. There was 20 yards of concrete. With the truck time and the fiberglass mess the concrete was $1861 I am in the north east. I just got the radiant heat in before the pour. We did 4 300 foot runs in the 30 X 40 1/2. I also radaint barrier down plus I did not want to take any chances I also laid down 1 inch of foam insultation. I also kept the tubes under about 28 lbs of pressure duing the pour.
I am not starting to get the 28 X 90 prepared for concrete I tacked the radiaint barrier about 6 to 7 inches above the. Then for all the doors I stuff fiberglass under the door sills and laying 1 inch insulation down and then the wire mess. Then we need to lay 8 300 foot runs in the 28 X 90.
God materials are so expensive. I will try and get some photos tonight.
