Hi All,
Took Delivery of a brand spanking new TC 30 HST 4WD
With 7308 FEL HD Bucket, Woods 7500 Back Hoe,
Woods BB60 Brush Bull and a NH64 csr rm snowblower.
First Thing I did was remove the BH and mount the BrushBull. Have a 10 Acre field to cut and that was 1st
priority. Let me say this, If anyone out is going to go
with a tc 30, do yourself a BIG favor and get the HST.
Its well worth the upgrade and made cutting that 10 acre
field a breeze. All those ruts I hit would have been torture
on me and that clutch and drivetrain in a manual Tranny.
The engine and PTO never flinched one bit so I am very
Satified with the ease of operation with a 5' Brush Bull.
Now If you have more than 10 acres to cut I think I would
be looking at a bigger unit with a bigger hog. Leaving the
FEL a few inches above the ground saved my but 2 times
acting as a sentry for large rocks and a few giant ant
kingdoms. I did most of my hogging in the dark because
of time restraints and the standard lighting package with
the TC 30 is a OK system but will be adding a front and
rear work light very soon. Another thing I will do asap is
adding a blade to the FEL before I do to much work with
it. I will also be adding a rear mounted toolbox to keep my
extra pins and things you need to carry. I will be hooking up the backhoe tommorrow after my 10 hour check so I
will keep you all informed on how that works out. BTW, if
anyone is going to get one of these pups, make sure you
load the rears, My Dealer threw it in and I believe most will
to make the deal, I also had him throw in a block heater too.
Just a few points on my adventures so far and Iam more
than pleased.
Chris
