I am looking for a Ford service manual for my 1900. I have found several on Ebay that say 1000 series service manual and claim to cover the 1900. Is this what I need. Or is there a specific manual for the 1900.

The I&T service manuals cover many models. I'm 'guessing' that the OEM service manual is a tad more specific.. though may still cover a few models.
