10mm Hydraulic line?

I have finally finished my loader for my Mitsubishi D2000 tractor and am ready to plumb in the hydraulics. The high pressure line from the pump measures close to 10mm OD. Does that sound right? Or could there be that much paint on 3/8 dia tubing. Actuall measurement is .420 inches OD.

Also I'm mounting my control valve on the right side. While looking at it while sitting on the tractor should the far right lever operate the yoke or the bucket?

Would it be easy to take off one line, take it to a hydraulic shop, and they could fit it up?

Me, I'd measure it, then make four trips before I got the right size. So I learned from my mistakes and try to idiot proof myself, at least a little.

I know it may be a pain to remove but the line ID is what is important first.Then matching fittings.Ron is right take existing line to get another made.
If your luck is like mine you will still be making 2 trips.

Traditionally the left spool works the lift arms and the right spool works the bucket. The high pressure line from the hydraulic pump is less than 1/2" OD? That sounds kinda small...
