Nope, spark plugs are indifferent to battery voltage.

Hmmm, well how about the headlights, work light, cigarette lighter, instrument light....LOL!!!

bulbs need to be 12v. cigar lighter ( what was available for the tractor.. not a cigarette lighter ).. as a thermal device.. it works fine on 12v or 6v..
