Anyone put an outlet on their tractor. I have a DK4710 and am unsure the best location.

I have put a SAE battery tender outlet on the battery.
I use them to power up all my low amp devices on all my 12 volt items.
Very useful plug

Eeny, meeny, miny moe, work's pretty well when faced with uncertainty such as that.

Depending on what your wanting to use it for would have a lot to do as to where it was mounted.

I'm unsure of your question as you haven't said what the outlet is for? What is the outlet going to power?

For example, I ran a wire directly from the battery to the back and below of my open-station seat. Used a weather-proof 'cigarette lighter' receptacle so that I can plug in the ROPS mounted amber Whoop-Whoop hazard beacon for the odd times that it's needed.

WHAT? how are you supposed to light your cigarettes without a lighter? why didn't they include one??. find a spot that if your drill bit goes in too far, it won't damage anything!. and use 12 gauge wire to wire it.. if you use a marine grade outlet, it won't rust!..

I put a waterproof cigarette lighter plug on the rear mudguard on my CK3010. I didn't have to drill anything or bolt it - there are a couple of holes there and I just used a cable tie. It to power a sprayer that I carry on top of the slasher (not when cutting obviously).

I want it near the operator station where I can charge phone, run 12 volt air compressor, power sprayer and extra lights. I think it is an option. Where does Kioti put it?

I'm not sure where kioti put it, but when I was doing mine I found spare wires on the right or left fender, and spare holes on both too,so you could fit on either side. I put mine on the right, but if you intend using a phone charger the left might be better as the phone could sit in the drink holder.

Mounted very near the same place as you. I have two sets of extra wires near. I guess one is for worklight. I am not sure about the other. The first will only be hot when I have the lights on? The second set never seems to be hot. It is possible that I am not getting good contact. The plug ends are difficult to clean due to their location.

I installed a lighter on my Cub Cadet Z Force mower where the correct size knock out plug already was. I wired right to battery with a fuse holder, 20A fuse right at battery +.

I don't know if all kioti models are the same, but my CK3010 had a pair of wires on the right that are active when the ignition or acc is on, and on the left it has a white rectangular plug that is active all the time, even if the tractor is not running or ignition/acc is on.

I seem to have two sets of wires at the back of tractor. One is for an optional worklight and i am not sure about the other. I have checked the fusebox and they are hot but i am not getting juice at the plug ends. I have checked the fuses. What am I missing.

They're probably hardwired to your light-switch so that you can turn the worklight on/off from there. That's the way it is on my 4105. OFF/Hazards/Front-lights & Hazards/Front-lights & Worklight.

I only have the one pre-existing wires/connection so I can't advise where your second set would be switched to.

The second set was not labeled but was hot when the lights are on. That should work. I never could get the work light pigtail hot.

I installed mine on the left hand side of my DS 4510 which is under the light / indicator/ horn switches. I ran heavy cable to accommodate anything straight to the battery with an in-line fuse . If my tractor is not used for a long period I can then plug in a small solar panel to keep the battery topped up as there is no shortage of sun here in Australia.
