Found a 1310 with 2800 hrs., tires half worn, sheet metal good, no loader. I don't need a loader. Price $2950. What do you think about the price?

Also, anything unique to this model I should look out for?

Jobs: Maintain 1,300 ft. gravel driveway, clean up slash after logging & piling (pull 5 tooth cultivator to move remaining limbs & debris & make a fire line before burning slash piles), a little mowing with a 40 inch bush hog, run a 42 inch tiller & some landscaping around the house.
