1401 front wheel wobble

My YM 1401 (2wd) front wheels wobble when the tractor is in high gear. I have done about all the adjustments I can do. What is the recommended fix?

Here is a parts drawing. Something in all that is loose. Jack one wheel up at a time and wiggle and waggle to figure out what it is. Possible bent wheel? Yanmar Tractor Parts: FRONT_AXLE_2WD

I have a 1401 D (4wd) that has some wobble if not in 4wd because the key slot for the steering arm is very worn (looking for a new arm by the way)
not sure if the 2wd has a similar key slot?

The part no. for your 1401D's steering arms are the same as for the YM155 (2 wheel drive). They made a lot of the YM155's, should be easy to find the steering arms.

sounds like bad bearing to me?

if the bearing checks out OK, Look into the camber alignment being out, turn the wheels as much to straight forward as you can, measure between the front tires at front and then at rear of tires, should be close to the same measurement,
although if the camber is off enough to make them wobble, you should be able to pick up the difference visually,
also might check the center pivot pin, the pin that the front axle rest on could be severely worn and in need of replacing
