I have a 2003 1428-V 4 wheel drive and the 3-point lift lever has to be moved about middle ways before the 3-point arms will move shows up more when use a bush hog, it's a Howse 4 foot bush hog, also have the Workshop Service Manual for this tractor and it does not show any adjustment for the lever at all, this tractor only has 200 hours on it. Is there another book or manual that shows adjustments for everything on this tractor or help with the lever adjustment, I bought this tractor new and I'm not sure about the year can the year be found out by the serial number?
