1433V and 2 bottom plow

I have a chance to pick up an older Massey (I think) 2 bottom plow. Points are good, coulters turn well as well as a depth wheel (I am told; I am actually going to look at it later in the week so at this point make and condition are second hand from the seller). My question is I have a MF1433V (33 hp 4WD) and I have used a friend's single bottom plow behind it with very good results for years but I am wondering if going to 2-bottoms will be too much for my 1433V. Any thoughts?

I don't know all the differences between the 1433v and my 1533, but they are roughly the same size and hp. My 1533 will pull a 2 bottom 16" with no problems. My dad can pull it with a 29 hp Kubota 2wd. I think you would be fine with it.

Your 1433 will pull that 2 bottom just fine. I have pulled an even bigger one behind the 33 hp MF 1250 I had before I went with a 1440. That would be the perfect size for any type of soil.
