15-40 oil for my mt160?

I'm changing the oil in my mt160 for the first time since I bought it. I've looked in the manual and under the hood and did a quick search on this site. I can't find any specs on the recommended engine oil.
At work we run 15-40 in our diesels (trucks and tractors) but they are much larger than the this one.
Not wanting to hurt my engine I thought I'd better ask if anyone if 15-40 is what I should be running.

That should work fine. I use it in my Massey and Kioti.

I use Rotella 15w40 for every engine I own. Cars, trucks, tractors. Diesel and gas...................

Shell Rotella here for all my diesels too.

I have used DELO 400 in both diesels and gas engines, small to large stationary engines for 50 years. It is made in a 15-40 and several others. Never had a problem and it helps keep your engine clean if you change regular. It was originally formulated for heavy duty diesels. It meets the specs for my Kubota.
