15 series height

I'm considering buying a small tractor for cleaning out my poultry houses. The main thing that comes into play is height. Could some of you dealers give me a height measurement with the rops folded down on the 15 series HST's? I would want industrial tires. I'm trying to decide between these and a skid steer. I know the skid steer would probably be better in the houses, but the small tractor would get more overall use. We only cleanout once a year. I'd also like to get a backhoe with this one. Either the Mahindra/Bradco or a Woods Groundbreaker. Still comparing those.

The rollbar folds down flat the back of the seat is actually higer than the roll bar folded.
So the operator will be the tallest point on the tractor.
I would be more than happy to take a measurement for you where would you like me to measure for you?
Also any perticular hp?

I'm particularly wanting a leftover 3015 HST with the biggest Woods hoe I can put on it safely. I'd use the tractor without the hoe in the poultry house cleanouts and then could do some small backhoe work on the side. Turning really isn't an issue. The houses are 40 feet wide so there is plenty of room to turn. I geuss I want a measurement to the top of the seat. I didn't realize the rops folded flat. I just assumed they were like the 6000. Also could I get a measurement to the top of the rops with it up.
I geuss I would consider the 2015 HST and bigger. I want as big as I can get, but stay small in height.

I have a 2015 with AG tires and I was surprised that I could get in my garage without having to fold the ROP down and has a few inches to spare(nice). Sorry I do not have actual numbers as it is at the other house. I will be there next weekend if you still need a number I could check. I am sure a dealer on here has access to measuring one sooner than that. The specs on the tractor really do not give hieght specs.

If a dealer still has a 3015 on his lot, he's had it for a very long time. I think we sold our last one over two years ago. They are nice machines, basically a 2615 with more HP. Some early 3015s were non-turbo, later ones were turbo. I get frustrated if something sits on my lot for 90 days, how can a dealer hold a tractor for c couple of years?

The 3710 backhoe works very well. I'd stay with the Mahindra setup, although by all accounts the Woods backhoe is an excellent unit.

Height isn't an issue as the ROPS folds down to fender level.

I know there are a few out there and obviously dealers would want to move them. That means a good deal usually. Actually my dealer had one a couple trips back. That's probably been 6 months ago, but maybe it's still there. It was a turbo model because I looked under the hood and remember seeing it.

As far as the backhoe, The only bradco I ever used was on a New Holland, and it worked great, but I did opt for a B-70X Groundbreaker on my Mahindra2015. I went with the Woods because I always had good luck with their stuff, and I love the curved boom. I think the price was $6600 including the bucket, (16 inch) PTO pump, and 8% New York Governor Female Companionship Tax. It comes in handy when you're trying to dig really deep, and really close to the back of the tractor, as the boom kinda goes over the top of the dirt edge instead of layin on it, if that makes any sense. Also, Bro-Tek makes a really cool thumb for it. I just got mine. I think the B-80X has an optional hydraulic thumb available. No complaints about it at all.

I'm not sure what size you could handle with a 30HP Mahindra. The B-80X may work, but I think size-wise, the B-70X would be a good match-up. The B-70X almost looks a little big on my 2015, but it handles it with no problem.

OH, And while I don't have an exact measurment, (cuz I'm not home right now) I can tell you that my 2015 fits in my garage with a 7 foot door, and has an inch or 2 to spare. (ROPS up)

The digging force is higher on the Woods Groundbreakers than the Bradco and they have a curved boom, 36 inch bucket, and a thumb. Just makes sense to me. I think the 3015 would handle the B-80X.

What would your reasoning be for going with the Bradco? Have you compared the 2 units specs?
