1510D 4 wheel drive parts

Took apart my front end to repair the leaking seals.

Well we got the seals and took the front end apart. Bad part is the two gears (number 6 in Hoyes exploded view) and the shims (numbers20,21,22) are pretty well chewed up. I can't seem to find the gears or seals anywhere, any thoughts?

Going to put it back together for the time being, use it as a 2 wheel. Not to effective in my soil, mostly sandy loam, rear wheels tend to dig in.

Any help would be appreciated.

What brand of tractor, how many hours and how old is it ? If the dealer can not order the parts maybe an exchange guide lists the same axle in different applications. I know Deere prides themselves on parts availability for older equipment. Was it worn due to extended use or not shimmed properly when assembled ? Good luck in your search.

Is that a Chinese tractor?

If you ask in the right brand's forum, more people will see your question. I made a wild guess, and guessed 'Yanmar'. If I guessed right, then I suggest post this question in the Yanmar forum here.


Here's someone who had a front axle repair kit for a second-series Yanmar YM1500D. They might have access to more parts.

I guess I should have said that it was a Yanmar 1510D. I think it's about 25 years old. Still looking for parts, had an opportunity to buy the whole front end off a 1510D, but they wanted a lot of money for it and I don't know if'd be in any better shape then the one I have!

Try Used salvaged tractor parts including John Deere, Ford, Kubota and other Japanese tractor part dealers They sell used tractor parts. I bought some rims from them. A pleasure to deal with.
