had my 1530 loader off of my 1552 tractor and when I reinstalled it my loader will only lift a few feet off ground and stops dead. everything hooked back up the way it was disconnected. any have any ideas?

One of your couplers probably isn't hooked in all the way. Relieve the pressure with the tractor off and try to reconnect the couplers while moving the control joystick around.
The coupler for the down pressure on the loader not being in all the way isn't allowing fluid to get back into the tractor. You can lift a little as the opposing pressure collapses whatever room is in the down circuit. Then it just can't go anymore.
