1533 Front axle diagram

Hello, I am new here and have just purchased the 1533 twin in a Challenger MT265. It appears that my fwd doesn't work due to damage at the input shaft of the frt axle. It looks like the 1/2 - 3/4 in part the axle sleeve slides on is gone. The lever does engage at the transmission and shafts and sleeves are in good condition as well all the snap ring are in place. So it looks like it needs the frt pinion but can not find a diagram. Any help is appreciated!

also does anyone know how to read the serial number to identify the year?
