I'll say first that I really enjoy reading about all the projects, new tractors, and the like that everyone here are experiencing. Thanks to everyone for sharing!
My 1533 (with only 26 hours) is my first tractor, and I've still got a lot to learn. My dealer had attached the additional hydraulics necessary for a third function for my grapple using secondary lever #2 at my right elbow. I attached my new grapple, and this afternoon it was finally dry enough to try to use it to clear some treetops left from logging.
I was grappling along, and all of a sudden, the third function lever felt 'loose', and did not work. I drove the tractor to the shop, took off the small piece of sheet metal behind the right rear wheel, and inspected. I found that a linkage pin was missing.
Does anyone have any idea if there's an online catalog to search for this pin or even what to call it? Or, maybe you experienced operators know what size fits? My dealer is a good ways away...
