Hello Everyone. This is my first post here. This is quite a site w/ a lot of info and members. I was hoping to gather some info as well. I have the opportunity to purchase a 1572D CC from a co-worker. I do not know the hours, but it has been repainted and the 60" deck reconditioned. It has a pull behind trailer for leaf and grass collection. He is asking $2,000 for all of it. The only info I've been able to find is that the 1572D is diesel, a super garden tractor and the Kubota 3 cyl runs forever if not overheated. Is the price fair? What items should I check and look for? Is this a full frame tractor? Is this the equivalent of a compact tractor?
My main tasks for the tractor would be cutting grass, collecting grass, collecting leaves, moving dirt, rocks and wood. In addition, I would like to be able to put a loader on the front (if possible) to ease in landscaping.
