I was mowing and I made a mistake and let the tractor run out of fuel. I put more fuel back in and it still will not fire. Somebody told me to take the injector lines loose and turn it over to get fuel out. I did and still no fuel came out of the lines. My question is, is it possible the fuel pump/injector pump could have went bad? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

start at the fuel filter, there are 2 10mm studs on top, loosen them 1 at a time untill the air is out and fuel flows out. Tighten it back and go onto the second one and repeat. After that loosen the eye bolt on the front of the injector pump, do the same thing here. Finally there is an air bleeding screw on the lower front side (slotted top with large locking ring) again do the same thing.
Each each case keep it open until there are no more bubbles. This is a gravity feed system so it can be done without the ignition on.
I did this twice and now keep a closer eye on the fuel. (I keep a 5 gal can of fuel handy and fill it before starting for the day. I can run this tractor for about 12 hours and not worry about running out.)

Good luck. I have a 2205TS and did the same thing. I followed the instruction give here and got it started once and ran it for about 3 hours. I parked it and I have never been able to start it since.
Again I say Good Luck. Fixing my tractor cost me $8,950.00 that is what my 35 hp 2wd Mahindra 3325 cost when I bought it new the first of July this year.

I made this same mistake about a year ago. It took a while, but I got the lines all bled. Tractor is still running great today.

Don't be surprised if your engine runs a little rough for a while after bleeding the lines. It takes a while to get the lines completely purged. Once you get it started, let it run until it's back to normal.
