Does anyone have any good advice on how to set the value of a used tractor to be sold? I'm looking to down size and can't find any good resources to get a value of my tractor. I have a 2010 Massey Ferguson 1652 loader w/cab and 400 hours on the clock. Since it's a fairly new tractor, I have not been able to find anything similar for sale to compare it to.

Check out tractor house and fastline. You should be able find something there.
If your going to sell out right your dealer might be a good source. Mine has been very good about that.
I also would recommend tractor house and fastline. Just keep in mind that they are dealer asking price and about 5-15% higher than they would get in a cash deal, no trade in.

Hey JasG...sweet Multistrada. I see you live in NY. Any chance you rode it out to Americade this week? I just got back from there on my Multi. The Lake George/ Adirondak area is a beautiful place to ride.

No I did not go out to Americade, too many commitments with my kids. I have a son who is 9 and daughter 11. Both are very active in sports and other things year round. Also a friend with a farm that I help out when he falls behind, which is often enough. Some of the sports my kids are in I coach, so between them and work, not a lot of time.
I change my picture from time to time, I do not own a Multistrada at this time. Too many good bikes and so little time and money. My current ride is a BMW F650GS with top and side cases. For now is good enough to go back and forth to work and riding when I have time. I hope once the kids get a little older to go for 1000CC plus bike. Yamaha, BMW, Ducati, and KTM all seem to make great adventure bikes at this time.
The only issue with the Ducati is dealer support around here. BMW to some degree also but Max BMW is great about shipping parts.
How many miles do you have on your bike and how do you like it?
If you ever have time the finger lakes area is a very nice area to ride? In Aug there is a farm show and an old machinery show. Parking for a bike sucks at both though because it's in grass fields. I don't ride to either any way because the kids come to both with me.
Both are the same week this year again which is nice for me and they aren't that far apart.
Empire Farm days is a huge machinery show for just about everything for current farms.

The Pageant of Steam is a good sized swap meet/flea market/ old machinery show. This year the tractor of choice is Allis Chalmers. Yet they have steam tractors that plow a section. If you ask around enough someone will let you ride on the plow(s). These are the old ones with a lever to lift each bottom. Watching these thing go with 4-5 people on the tractor and 4-5 on the plow. It's a wonder they ever caught on before gas or diesel and hydraulics.
