'17 eMax 22 - How the Hector to I remove steering wheel/dash?

Hello, all!

Just got a '17 eMax 22 FEL/BH a few weeks ago from a local shop.
Also just joined after lurking awhile...
I've got a light bar setup on the ROPS and attempting to wire it...
I want to put a switch in the dash and access the wiring...
I've got the lower plastic off and know the upper dash will pull right off but I CAN'T GET THE WHEEL OFF!
There is a nut and a lock washer and it looks like the wheel should pop off.
Tried a whack...no go...
Tried a puller but I can't get the teeth between the plastic of the wheel and the dash!
WTH!

I've never seen a steering wheel that didn't need a puller (not that I've seen that many). If the plastic doesn't allow for a jaw type puller you may want to try a bearing splitter style. If it's anything like the other items folks have tried to remove (filters etc) it could be on gorilla tight!

My thought it the top part may not need to come off to get the switch in. A fish stick and a snap in switch may be all you need.

...rigged up my puller with three nylon winch straps on the steering wheel spokes...Jeeeze that thing was on there and would not come off...though for sure the straps would snap...not looking forward to having to take that off again any time soon...
