As a benchmark; a 1988 Ford 1720 with factory loader, ~730 hours, obviously shedded, shuttle transmission, no dings, originel ag rubber (fronts 1/2 gone, rears 1/3 gone) The foam was poking out the seat cushion. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

That's the price it went for? Or, the reserve price at the auction?

About 4 years ago I looked at a small 18hp Ford with cab and loader. It did not have a mower or anything else, gear tractor with turf tires. Yes it was 4 wheel drive. The dealer wanted 13,500 for it and it about three weeks it was gone. Don't know what it actually sold for.
