3-Point Hitch 180 mf outlet has only 300 lb pres

I put new hydraulic pump in 180 mf 3 point will lift now [slow] but outlets only has 300 psi. the guy who put it in is lost and don't where to go now need help time to hay BUCK

How well does the Multi-Power work, if tractor has it? Auxiliary pump is two stage on MP models, larger gear set for auxiliary and smaller set for MP. Does the pressure change with engine speed? There may be a line elbow popped out of the PTO shift side cover, that happened to dad's 180 years ago, can't be seen until the lift cover is pulled..

You might have a relief valve stuck open, if so it well not build psi.
