Price Check 1811 pricing etc.

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I'm planning on looking at a 1811 tomorrow with a 44" deck and 42" tiller. Tractor has 725 hrs. and doesn't use oil. Supposed to be in good condition. What should I look for and what price is fair?

Doesn't anyone have one of these machines?? Is $1250 fair? Machine looks very nice.
