1957 Ford 640 Fuel line replacement - has a NAA tank
I've got a 57 ford 640 that I have been trying to bring back to life through the summer. I'm finally taking care of the fuel system and I'm replacing the fuel line. The one that was in place looks like old brake line mixed with 5/16 fuel line and an inline filter. I'd like to get it back to a sediment bowl so I picked up the bowl and original steel fuel line to attach. I feel a bit foolish but I have no idea how to make this fuel line meet both the bowl and the fuel shut off. I feel like its supposed to snake under the manifold and up but I'm not sure how. Am I supposed to bend to shape?
Fuel line is part number NCA9282B from the NH parts site. The carb I'm attaching the bowl to is a Marvel Schebler (if that makes a difference.).
- quick update - I realized I may have a NAA tank on my 640 tractor. Is there any way, aside from cutting the line, that I would be able to connect them?
