My bet is fuel solenoid valve is not reopening. Next time it won't start, take a 'jump box', or similar, and connect 12V to the fuel solenoid post, ground to chassis anywhere. You should hear a 'click' when the valve opens. Then try starting. If it starts, I would check for a wiring problem before I replace the solenoid valve. My wiring problem was behind the dash where rodents had chewed much of my wiring harness.
