Tubes 1940 McCormick W6, s/no'WBK510-1224 W3.

Good Morning, I live in England UK and have acquired a 1940 McCormick W6 vintage tractor
(very rare over here) which I would like to restore to its original
condition. The cast rear wheels are split rim and have BKT 13 x 6 x 28 size
tyres fitted. The valve outlet in the rim is 1 thick and requires an inner
tube with longer valve stems and uses a threaded locking ring to hold the
valve in position. I have search all over the UK and Europe but have been
unable to locate either the inner tubes or the locking rings. Please could
any member advise where I might find these items or what restorers use to get over the problem
