Thanks for any help anyone may be able to offer. I recently purchased this tractor and used it for a few hours before determining that I needed to flush out the old 90W gear oil and replace with new. The front end loader stopped working completely. The three point hitch was still working well and holding up a york rake and blade with a problem other than the hydraulics felt chattery and jumpy. This tractor has a simplistic front end loader that is powered by two single hose cylinders/pistons. I took them apart and replaced the o-rings and sweep rings and honed out each cylinder before reassembling. New hoses. Flushed out the housing with some diesel and drained and cleaned up as much of the sludge on the bottom as possible. It was pretty clean when I was done. there is a diverter valve in line that I repacked with okum but is still leaking slightly. Not sure if this is the issue but the front end loader will not lift the bucket. It attempts to but no go. The three point hitch seems to work perfectly and held the arms up over night. So, I'm perplexed since it is such a simple system and the pump seems to be working for the three point hitch. Any suggestions? Something I can tweak to get the bucket to lift? I know there is a T-valve/relief valve but not sure how to access it. Maybe it is simply stuck? I need to buy a shop manual.
