1960's vintage Iseki TB 23 starter

I'm looking for a starter for my Iseki TB 23 and have run out of resources, if you have any ideas please let me know. I do not have the original therefor I'm witthout a model or serial number....thanks for your help.

If you are convinced the oem starter is unavailable, new or used, then I would visit an automotive starter rebuild shop and see what they can build for you out of Japanese auto parts. You may find that Hitachi etc provided similar starters to Iseki and to the auto companies.
