Hi, im trying to work out the charging system on the tractor its a dynamo type connected to A LUCAS 12v regulator ....when i got the tractor some of the dash wiring was in a bit of a state so .. ive purchased a new wiring loom and checked out the operation of the dynamo and regulator that work ok (17v hi revs on the dynamo) my question is do i need a link wire from either the 12v regulator or the ammeter to the battery to carry the charge across to the battery
