1967 Payloader, rear steer, H90 questions.

Im hoping someone can shed some information on a new (to me) but old army painted & numbered payloader. I looking for and operators manual if possible. Or any suggestions as it seems the bucket set up has been changed, it just doesnt look right but I could be wrong. Any help, answers would be appreciated.
