Help, I need help. I have a 1969 3500 industrial tractor that has a 4 speed power reverse that will not go forward. Any ideas.

Ditto. Does it move at all? either direction?
Also, what does the transmission fluid look like? Clean and proper level?
It isnt like a standard trans where the oil is only there for lube. The PR has a torque converter and relys on hydraulic pressure to work.
