Diagram is from my parts manual., problem is, it does not tell me if #34 oem bolt tightens all way to #30 & 33. by the looks of the nuts on both sides of # 30 and no flat washers it tells me it may have to lock down on it. the OEM # 34 bolt has threads all way up to the head. if it doesn't lock down on #30 then it is a free wheeling adjustment. then I cannot understand how the hand throttle rod can move it without being locked down. and another problem is, does bolt #34 tighten down on #24? and the nut on the outside of #30, it's not a locking nut, so this is also confusing, it's like #30 & #33 tighten together..
