I think this is 1970's, it's silver with an orange base and the orange and black striped decal on the side.
Anywho...
My buddy and I pulled it apart and found ti to be a Tecumseh 8hp engine. Ok, he likes Briggs but whatever, I like the little tractor!

Replaced the coil, condenser, points and plug - no spark at the spark plug end.

Can't figure it out - since most of the electric is new, what is stopping the power?

With the coil underneath the flywheel, it's a pain, but we gapped it to specs. I am thinking I should replace every bit of wiring under the cowl!

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know before i have a repair guy come look at it. Now it's a matter of pride getting a spark and restroring this little guy!
Thanks in advance for the help!
