1975 john deere 2030 filter relief valve

I still cant budge it. I started the tractor with the plug out to see him if any more fluid would come out and quite a bit of fluid did come out. Would that indicate that my trans pump is working and that the valve is stuck or is there something else on there that could be moving that would force the fluid out.

That indicates the trans pump is working. It's rated about 6 gallon per minute at 2500 rpm, less at less rpm . It does not confirm relief valve condition.
